To enhance the safety and security of school facilities for staff, students, and visitors, the Texas Education Agency (TEA) requires regular and frequent inspection sweeps of external doors in educational facilities.
The goal of these inspections is to identify and remedy vulnerabilities by ensuring that all exterior doors close, latch, and lock properly. Weekly and monthly reports are generated automatically by scanning the QR codes at each checkpoint, creating a comprehensive workbook to document the results.
